EPISTEME is a research group at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Dept. of Philosophy & Anthropology, Faculty of Philosophy). Our work focuses on epistemology, ontosemantics, ontology, and the metaphysics of the formal and empirical sciences; it also includes artificial intelligence, moral philosophy, and applied ethics.

The group additionally works on argumentation and critical thinking, using—among others—digital methods for language analysis. Our methodological orientation is analytic.
